All clients will be fully informed of their rights.

The client has the right to appropriate, considerate, and respectful care.

The client has the right to refuse treatment to the extent permitted by law and to be informed of the consequences of such actions.

The client has the right to receive information necessary to give informed consent prior to the start of any procedure or treatment.

The client has the right to treatment with respect, privacy, and dignity.

The client has the right to receive a timely response to a request for service.

The client has the right to be treated by qualified personnel who are experienced at the level of skills needed.

The client has the right to reasonable continuity of care.

The client has the right to be given reasonable notice of anticipated termination of services or of plans to transfer to another provider.

The client has the right to discuss problems and suggest changes in goals or the care plan without fear of discrimination.

The client has the right to be fully informed of the facility's policies and procedures.
