“HELPING PE0PLE GAIN FUNCTIONAL INDEPENDENCE

As the name implies, Rehab in Motion specializes on delivering rehabilitation therapy services on site. We understand the unique challenges a company has with employees’ accidents and injuries.

bulletWe believe a company work force is the most valuable asset.
bulletAll companies regardless of size should have a company doctor.
bulletA company should have an industrial trained nurse regardless of whether they have a safety officer or not.
bulletA company should have specialist at their deposal that could treat and rehabilitate an injured employee.

The fact is that most companies don’t have injury prevention programs, and when confronted with an accident or work related injury they may not understand the ramification of the medical/legal consequences, they have encountered. Usually the company human resource tries to accommodate and ultimately finds themselves in a predicament; How to address the accident? Do they examine the work site for possible modification? Do they place returning employees at risk of reinjury?

Rehab in Motion’s products and services address all of these questions. We are a full rehabilitation facility with Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, and a Respiratory Care Practitioner. All therapists are licensed and board certified. Our onsite industrial rehab team specialists in fabricating custom splints, we provide for therapy onsite, have the equipment to do functional capacity evaluations and work site analysis, and offer educational programs tailored to each company for both management and employees.

We go directly to the job site and do a work site analysis for every worker injury case.

We make recommendations, if appropriate, on employee’s posture, work site modifications, and /or any other area that we feel will reduce and minimize injuries.

We have the ability to work closely with industries and are able to monitor restrictions and/or light duty.

We provide therapy “on site” to reduce costs and to enhance communications.

We can also do work site analyses on demand, work capacity evaluations (WCE), education seminars for both management and employees.

What does Rehab in Motion offers industries:
No need to guess what employees are capable of doing on light or restricted duties. (decrease liability)
Reduce and minimize work injuries.
Decrease time off from work. (Therapy is usually done onsite.)
